Ray Sparvell from the West discusses the Committee's latest FACTBase report "Perth as a Spatially Transforming City" and what that means for Perth.

I've just read a two-volume report, crammed with charts, maps, tables, diagrams and statistics on how Perth has changed over the last 20 years. And it's all been explained to me in a fusion of academic and corporate management speak.

Now I've got to pick the eyes out of the report and tell you why you should read the rest of this article. Statistics are sexy. Very sexy. How's that for a start?

Would you read on if I told you that I could help you find your perfect mate? What about some great gossip on the neighbours? If you need to feel better about your circumstances, I can tell you where you are better off. If you want a tall poppy to bring down, I can tell you about them, too.
