Robyn Smith Walley, is a Noongar woman born and raised in Whadjuck boodja Perth, with strong family connections throughout Noongar country. Robyn comes from a large Noongar family and is a mother, stepmother, wife and business partner.

Robyn has been involved in Aboriginal Affairs from her early working life and is a strong advocate for the leadership development of Aboriginal women and youth.

For the past twenty five (25) years, she has held the role of Administrative Director in her family owned business, Aboriginal Productions and Promotions (APP). Throughout this period, Robyn has been involved in major cultural presentations from local to national and international.

APP has a range of services including - cultural education/leadership workshops/cultural performances/events administration/cultural advisory/art design/production design and management and more recently has branched into the production of an industrial and office soap product range based on Australian native botanical raw ingredients.

• Robyn is a co-founder and Ambassador for The Yorga Djenna Bidi Aboriginal Women’s Leadership Course, founded in 2016.
• Co-Chairperson of the Western Australian Aboriginal Leadership Institute (WAALI) founded in 2017.
• A board member for the Netball WA - Glass Jar Foundation.

Through the work at WAALI, Robyn continues to focus on her vision in supporting Aboriginal people to take up leadership opportunities.

Anjie was born and raised in Perth with two sisters. Her father came to Perth from India when he was four and her mother was a Perth girl. Anjie is a qualified teacher and throughout her career in education strived to promote and implement inclusive classrooms and teaching practices and system wide policies. Anjie was awarded a Master of Education in 2010 with her thesis focusing on building inclusive schools in WA. In 2015 Anjie left the education sector and as appointed as the General Manager of the EON Foundation working across remote Aboriginal communities in WA and the NT. Anjie is a Board member of Awards WA and in September 2018 Anjie was honoured to be appointed as the inaugural CEO of the Western Australian Aboriginal Leadership Institute.

Ms Jodey Brockhurst is a vivacious Kamilaroi woman from Murri country. A graduate of the WAALI Yorga Djenna Bidi program, Ms Brockhurst has built a career in the Oil & Gas sector since receiving her Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics. Serving as Deputy Chair to Engineers Australia National Committee on Mechatronics and employed as a project manager for Chevron, Australia, Ms Brockhurst combines her enthusiasm for innovation with a passion for diversity and inclusion. She is continuing her development through courses with the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Sharon Davis is from both Bardi Kija Peoples of the Kimberley and is the Team Leader for Aboriginal Education at CEWA. The Aboriginal Education Team strive to support Catholic schools to embed culturally responsive school improvement processes that enhance educational experiences for Aboriginal students and their non-Aboriginal peers.   

Sharon holds a Bachelor in Education (K-7) specialising in Aboriginal education, graduating with a number of honours, including the Vice Chancellor’s Medal for the University of Notre Dame's School of Education. In addition, Sharon recently graduated from the University of Oxford with a Master of Science in Applied Linguistics and Second Language Acquisition.
