A conversation with Dr Katherine Iscoe

Our Executive Women's Leadership Forum is a community of senior executive level women in the Committee's membership who meet throughout the year to hear from inspiring leaders about their career and life journey.

At this event, you will hear from Dr Katherine Iscoe, Director of the Dr Katherine brand who will share insights about her program of compassionate leadership which creates human-centred teams and organisations where people can thrive.

"It is only when we accept the stories that make us that we are able to live our lives wholeheartedly and lead others from a place of compassion", Dr Iscoe said.

Director of the Dr Katherine brand

Dr Iscoe is the Director of the Dr Katherine brand and Co-Founder and Director of Corporate Health & Wellness for Advanced Human Imaging Limited – a dual-listed company on the Australian and American stock exchanges (ASX:AHI and NASDAQ:AHI).

As a perfectionistic, high-achieving academic imposter turned figure-it-out Co-Founder (and former CEO) of a fast-growing tech start up, she personally and deeply understands how the stories we tell ourselves can prevent us from speaking up, stepping up and achieving the kind of success that inspired us at the beginning.

The paradox is, it is only when we accept the stories that make us that we are able to live our lives wholeheartedly and lead others from a place of compassion. This is compassionate leadership: understanding what makes us unique, to enable us to see, feel and do things differently.

It is for this reason that her heartfelt mission is to help women understand that they don’t need to be someone else to achieve immense levels of success.

It’s time, now more than ever, for women to be unapologetically ambitious. Let’s show our true strength to the world without losing who we are.
