The webinar will provide an overview of ECU’s latest research on the experience of organisations working under COVID-19 pandemic restrictions.

Meet our speakers and panellists
Professor Tim Bentley
Director, Centre for Work and Wellbeing
Tim Bentley joined Edith Cowan University’s School of Business and Law as Professor of Work and Wellbeing. Tim has been closely associated with the School for the past three years, as a School’s Advisory Board member, and as an adjunct professor collaborating with the Centre for Work and Organisational Performance (CWOP). Tim was most recently Director of Research in the Massey Business School, based in Auckland, New Zealand, and has spent some 14 years in all at Massey University in various roles, including Head of Department.
Tim is also the former Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Management & Organization (JMO) and current Senior Editor. In 2009, Tim set up the Healthy Work Group, a multidisciplinary team comprised of Massey scholars and postgraduate researchers. The Group has made a sustained contribution to the workplace wellbeing field in New Zealand and internationally, and has had a high level of research impact on the formulation of public policy and adoption of organisational practice. Recently, Tim spent four years as Director of the New Zealand Work Research Institute, at Auckland University of Technology. Within this role, he was the founder and head of the Future of Work Programme.
