Kirsty Sutherland is a Partner at Corrs Chambers Westgarth and heads up its litigation practice. Recognised as one of the top insolvency and litigation lawyers in Australia, Kirsty has been integrally involved in some of the country’s most high profile litigations and largest workouts. Kirsty has practised as a commercial litigator for 25 years. Her litigation and insolvency expertise has consistently been recognised in directories, including AFR’s Best Lawyer List, Asia Pacific Legal 500 and Doyles. Kirsty was on Corrs’ national board for 7 years and is a member of its diversity council. She has recently been appointed a director of Springboard Community Services.
