The purpose of the strategy is to outline the State's significant infrastructure needs and priorities for the next 20 years.

Phil Helberg
Chief Executive Officer, Infrastructure WA
Phil was appointed Infrastructure WA’s Chief Executive Officer in August 2020. With over 25 years of local and international experience in the planning, delivery and management of infrastructure in both the public and private sectors, he held a number of executive roles as consultant, contractor and more recently on the client side. His previous role saw him leading the delivery of the WA State Government’s non-residential building program and driving significant sector-wide reforms in infrastructure planning and development.
