Workforce Planning: the Role of Businesses, Policy Makers and Workers

Our first Food for Thought Leaders Luncheon for 2022 will provide the opportunity for business leaders from our membership to contribute to our Race to the Top major research project.

Following the release of FACTBase Bulletins 78, 79 and 80, the research inputs for the project, we will share the key findings to date.

As part of the event, we will hold a discussion so that attendees can reflect on the data and provide industry insights on current skills shortages and future workforce needs.
