Why the City of Cockburn has joined the Committee for Perth

The City of Cockburn is excited to be a member of the Committee for Perth because we wish to be at the forefront of discussions on the future of Perth. We are keen to explore the polycentric city model and Cockburn’s role as a regional centre in supporting Perth’s primary CBD. We are also a strong believer in regional collaboration to achieve advocacy goals.

Acknowledgement of Country

The Committee For Perth acknowledges the traditional custodians throughout Western Australia and their continuing connection to the land, waters and community. We pay our respects to all members of the Aboriginal communities and their cultures; and to Elders both past and present.
