About FORM

FORM is an independent, not-for-profit arts organisation based in Claremont and South Hedland. FORM focuses on delivering projects that demonstrate the power of creativity to make a positive impact on people’s lives. Their activities span artist development, exhibitions, and festivals; placemaking and strategy; cultural infrastructure development; public art; Aboriginal cultural engagement; research, and advocacy. FORM also develop and manage creative spaces, which combine professional and community amenity with artistic excellence: The Goods Shed in Perth, and Spinifex Hill Studio and Project Space in South Hedland.

FORM and the Committee for Perth share a similar vision, to see our capital city as a thriving centre to live, work and play. Over the years, FORM’s mission of ‘Building a State of Creativity’ has involved working on projects that have contributed to the cultural fabric and aesthetic identity of Perth, driving significant social and economic outcomes for the wider community.
